Visa Application: Conference participants need to apply for a visa through Sultan Qaboos University. All those who have received the acceptance letter and their eligible accomplices are welcome to request a visa by providing us ( at Abdul Mohamad, email: icaa10@squ.edu.om ) with the following:

• A copy of the passport provided it is valid for a period not less than 6 months.
• A completed & typed application form in Arabic for Arab nationals and in English for Non-Arab nationals.

Remark 1: Please notice that you cannot save the application form after you complete it. So, you need to complete it, then print it out, then scan it and email it to us.

Remark 2: Nationals of certain countries are eligible for visa on arrival at the airport. If you are interested in this option, please consult the webpage of the Royal Omani Police for more information http://www.rop.gov.om/english/dg_passport_visas.asp
