One of the main duties of the Deanship is to provide information about the different programs, specializations and degrees offered at SQU, as well as regulations for admission and registration, and preparation of statistics required by the various bodies within the University. It also suggests amendments in the academic regulation system that reflect to the academic changes within the university.   

The Deanships ongoing efforts to utilize new technologies will contribute to the improvement of work mechanism, thus delivering to the community efficient, timely and professional services. 

Since its inception the Deanship has witnessed a comprehensive development such as:  shifting from the traditional paper-based during registration to online Registration, online grade entry, and online student advising for those who are under probation. Currently, the Deanship is working in collaboration with the Center of Information System (CIS) on different projects such as, degree audits, on-line waiting list, and warning/barring notices. 

We are committed to making the Deanship of Admissions and Registration a truly distinguished Deanship in the region, with God's help and guidance. We wish our students success during their stay at the university and a prosperous future after graduation.
