Important notes:

  1. Transfer between majors takes place within the college itself.

  2. There will be an abilities test for Physical Education and Art Education after all transfer criteria are met.

  3. Students will have to sit for an English placement test after satisfying all transfer requirements to any English medium college or major (if they have not previously taken the test).

  4. Transfer to EDU/ENGL requires a minimum Level 5 in the placement test and Level 4 for all other English medium majors in the college.

  5. Students must consider the remaining duration of study at SQU when applying for transfer and should not exceed the maximum years allowed (kindly refer to the academic regulations).

  6. Students are only permitted to select one transfer choice.

  7. Approval for transfer depends on the number of available seats in the college. Students will not be transferred if seats are unavailable even if they have fulfilled all transfer requirements.

  8. After transfer, only credits that are equivalent to a student's new degree plan will be counted. Other credit hours will not be taken into account which may lead to a delay in graduation of one semester or more. Students should bear in mind that conflicts in their timetables may arise due to transfer and will be responsible for dealing with this.

  9. Transfer to the College of Medicine and Health Sciences is prohibited for scholarship students and children of Academic faculty.
