Measuring Satisfaction Tools

In line with Sultan Qaboos University's commitment to enhancing the quality of services provided by its units, promoting continuous improvement in of units’ performance, meeting the needs of its beneficiaries, and disseminating best practices among its members, the university utilizes tools for measuring satisfaction with the services delivered by these units. These tools encompass:

SQU Service Satisfaction Survey

This survey aims to measure the satisfaction level with the services provided by the various units of Sultan Qaboos University for faculty members, staff, administrators, technicians, and students. The satisfaction measurement process is intended to enhance the quality of services offered by the SQU units.

Quick Response System

A system designed for swiftly collecting feedback from beneficiaries, which can be easily read via smart devices. It assesses satisfaction levels regarding the direct services provided by SQU units, which are the services, routine work and Operational and Executive plans of the units to achieve their goals along the year. The Quality Assurance Office employs this system to quickly capture and analyze observations by aggregating opinions and data, and taking necessary actions in real-time. The project is implemented across targeted SQU units. It offers ease of access, rapid response, and efficient data collection.
