THE DEPARTMENT OF HISTORY
The Department of History's major goal is to graduate
qualified historians who can undertake historical research
and engage in other studies which require a knowledge of
history. The most common teaching methods used in the

students are taken on field trips to archaeological sites,
museums, and libraries.
