"We really happy with what the private sectors had shown in the last years, specially its serious desire to provide job opportunities for citizens. We call it to intensify its initiatives in this respect, as we call the Omani youth, male and female, to utilize these opportunities, and to sustain stability in their new career in order to gain experience, skills and to realize joint utility and public interest, and to prove that the Omani is serious, committed, disciplined and able to carry out its responsibilities. Consequently, that will enable the Omanization and its programmes to take place and be fruitful as expected by the will of His Majesty Allah."
