The College of Commerce and Economics Information Center is one of the newest facilities that provides services for students, faculty and staff members of the SQU community. The center was officially opened on 16 November 1993 during the fourth graduation festivities by His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said. It houses a specialized business and economics library, 116 advanced PCs in four Information Technology labs, 60 workstations in two language labs, the college textbook store, study and discussion areas, technical service areas, and classrooms equipped with Internet access and audio-visual devices.
