Reserved Materials:

- Those materials which lecturers or the librarian want to reserve for users either as transferred materials from inner library collection to the reserved materials system or special materials concerning the lecturer or the academic course

- All users allowed to borrow reserved materials for two hours with holding SQI ID card, dues materials will be charged 100 Baizes per day.

- Special Materials includes Audio Tapes, Maps, Newspapers Indexes, CD & Audio Tapes, Companies Annual Reports & Students Projects.

- Special Materials checkout applies for a period of one week only for all users with SQU ID card being holded up by IC.

 

 NOTE:

- Periods of borrowing can be renewed unless there are no dues from the user side

- Borrowing restricted to users in case of dues.

- Misplace of any library material, user pays the value of the book added 50% of the original value, unless the user can substitute or exchange it with similar checked out materials.

- Renewal of checked out materials not allowed through the phone and borrowing of material processed at presence of the user.
