The department is responsible for all e –learning technical support services in the University.

Description of Duties:

• Follow up developments in the field of e- learning technical support and update the learning Management Systems implemented.
• Train members of faculty on the use of LMS(s) and the technical issues related to them.
• Supervise LMS(s) and other technologies related to e- learning and provide technical support for them.
• Provide technical support for students and faculty members.
• Coordinate with other departments in the Unit regarding issues related to technical support.
