All offices of the Communication and Information Research Center are located temporary in Villa 5. The Director of CIRC, Prof. Hadj Bourdoucen who is a Professor at the Electrical and Computer Engineering Dept., may also be contacted at the College of Engineering, second floor, office # 2060.
