The center is located at Sultan Qaboos University and has an office in Knowledge Oasis Muscat as well. It is directed by a member of the academic staff from college of Engineering. An Executive Board has been set to supervise the activities of the Center and ensure the directions of the activities of the center are consistent with its mission.
it is one of the many research centers established in the Office of Deputy Vice Chancellor Postgraduate Studies and Research at Sultan Qaboos University.
