The College of Science strongly believes in the importance of students training. An Assistant Dean for Training and Community Services Office has been created to reflect the college interest in the students extra-curricular activities in general and training in particular.
The college strives to achieve its own vision in this area by exploring and creating appropriate training opportunities for its students inside and outside the Sultanate.

General Summer Training Requirements

    1. Students must complete at least 90 credit hours (including the Spring semester) or above.
    2. Students must have a GPA of  ≥ 2 in case training is required or optional.
    3. Required training is offered only in summer.
    4. Those students who are on their final semester are not eligible for training.
    5. Students enrolled in summer course are not allowed to undergo summer training.
