  • Prepare a system for classification of all academic, technical and administrative occupations, in cooperation with the rest of the university units.
  • Prepare job description cards for all professions and specify tasks, qualifications and skills needed in cooperation with other university units.
  • Identify training needs for all levels of staff and provide appropriate alternatives according to the job description system in collaboration with Training awareness section.
  • Provide assistance on future career paths for university staff in collaboration with other university units.
  •  Study job performance reports, and extract training needs and academic qualification in collaboration with concerned units in the university and provide recommendations on how to raise efficiency of staff.
  • Provide professional counseling and suggest system on re- recruitment of human resources according to capacity analysis, and identify appropriate training needs.
  • Prepare studies on promoting the level of university staff, and achieving agreed omanization ratios.
