The department of Microbiology and Immunology in the College of Medicine & Health Sciences, SQU, has a role and significant contribution to the teaching and understanding of the fundamental causes and treatment of infectious diseases and Immunologic disorders. To accomplish our mission it is critical to obtain the understanding of the biology of pathogenic microbes, their hosts and how the two interact during infections.
