To conduct the technical studies for projects and make the necessary proposals and coordinate with the concerned-project parties and the University financial parties.
To prepare designs, plans and technical projects' specifications.
To prepare tenders' documents of projects and contracts and payment installments.
To coordinate with different government bodies in relation to projects' affairs.
To supervise on the conduct of business projects.
To keep and manage the engineering plans and operating manuals.
