The Section of Records in the Department of Academic Affairs and the follow-up, Started his tasks once the structure of the Deanship of postgraduate studies in 2010, where it receives documents and organizes records and documents of all postgraduate students since admission until graduation.                                                                       

Filing and archiving processes are the main tasks of Records Section,  Where it files saves and archives papers and documents of postgraduate students and then the extraction is done  easier for staff to access information and documents.
