Postponement and Withdrawal

1.     Within the Add/ Drop period, there will be a full retrieval of fees paid in that semester in case of postponement or withdrawal from the university or withdrawal from courses / thesis, and in case of replacement of courses with others, differences in fees will be calculated to be paid / retrieved .

2.    Within the withdrawal with (W) period, there will be a 70% retrieval of the fees paid in that semester in case of postponement or withdrawal from the university or withdrawal from courses / thesis .

3.      After the withdrawal with (W) period, there will be no retrieval of  any amount of fees paid in that semester in case of postponement or withdrawal from the university or withdrawal from courses / thesis .

4.       If a student was dismissed from the university, there will be no retrieval of any amount of fees paid in that semester .

5.      In case of cancellation or freeze of courses for any reason by the university, there will be a full retrieval of fees paid in that semester .
