This section oversees and arranges the evenings, festivals, parties, and visits held inside or outside the University. It does its activities in coordination with the private and governmental sectors or with other social institutions. This section has a major role to play in improving the relations and interaction among the university's employees  through organizing social, cultural, and sport activities for them and their families. It is also responsible for highlighting the role of the university in providing services to the community. It promotes the image of the university  among the society. The section has a short -term and a long- term plan for all the events that are scheduled to be held within in a particular time span.
