This  section is responsible for making responses to the correspondences sent to the Director's office in accordance with directives issued.  The section arranges meetings with the committees in which the Director of Public Relations is a rapporteur and prepares the minutes of the meetings. The section oversees the annual budget of the department and distributes funds based on requirements of different sections, follows up all the department’s procurement aspects and  do the scheduling and settlement of bills in addition to supervising maintaining the department’s equipment . The coordination and follow up section also processes the departments' annual budget requirements, purchases, petty cash, missions, training courses and the prepares of stores' requisites based on human resources. The section also follows-up the employees of the department in terms of training and performance. The section submits  detailed reports on annual budget, petty cash expenses, hotel reservations, training, and procurement once in every six months.
