The Assistant Dean for Training and Community Services (ADTCS) aims to enhance the awareness in the community of the resources and the expertise available at SQU. The role of the AD(TCS) office is to coordinate and facilitate the organization of short courses and workshops offered by the departments, encourage and facilitate consultancy offered by faculty to the public and private sector, coordinate the student’s group activities and facilitate the participation of the student groups in activities at the national, regional and international level.

In his task the Assistant Dean office is supported by the Community Services Committee (CSC) consisting of a representative from each department in the college. The role of the representatives is to be a link between the ADCTS and the department regarding all matters related to short courses, workshops, consultancies, student’s activities, alumni and other community services.
