Dear presenters,
The Organizing Committee is pleased to welcome you all
to the 12th Oman International ELT Conference!
We are honored and glad to have you as the presenters of this year's conference.
We are certain that your knowledge, experiences and insights
will enrich the conference and lead to stimulating discussions and fruitful opportunities for sharing ideas and best practicies.

Schedule:

There will be no concurrent sessions on Wednesday morning. This time is assigned for registration, the opening ceremony, one plenary speaker and the coffee break.

We have tried our best to assign your session according to your preference. We apologize if your session has been scheduled at a different time from what you have requested.

Concurrent sessions will start at 12:15 pm on Wednesday 18/4/2012.

Each session is 45 minutes including questions.

Handouts:
- You are responsible for making copies of your own handouts. Room capacity is indicated on the conference schedule.
- If you would like your handouts to be accessible to all participants on-line, please contact the LC Webmaster, Ms. Galina Bugon, from Monday 2/4/2012 until Monday 16/4/2012 at galina@squ.edu.om indicating your wish.

This note is intended for those giving workshops:
If you require the installation of a specific software, please send the details of the software at least two weeks prior to the conference dates to Mr. Conor O’Neill, Head of IT Committee (coneill@squ.edu.om). Failing to do so may result in us being unable to install the software as you wish.
