Management Review Is the key to the success of the SQUH quality management system and most significant source for improvements. It brings cohesiveness to our quality system, connecting the standards, policies, effectiveness, internal audits and operational aspects of our hospital. It provides executive management with a complete picture and a clear report with recommendations to maintain and improve our quality system, matching or exceeding the objectives set.
Management Representative Team
All MR's effectively contribute to the Management Review, reporting performance and highlighting concerns and areas for improvement. The main mission of the MR team to:
* Establish, implement and maintain the quality management system.
* Report performance through Data analysis 8.4 to top management via Management review 5.6
* Promote quality awareness throughout the organization.

For effective implementation and success of the system, and due to the hospital size and various services, the following are assigned:
Management representative The management representative supervises the implementation of the SQUH quality management system in accordance to specification requirements. Periodically, the representative presents a report on the effectiveness of the quality management system to the hospital management.
Deputy Management Representative: Assigned to work in conjunction with the MR
Section Management Representatives:
An SMR's and a deputy are assigned to oversee effective implementation of the Quality System in each of the hospital sections, Clinical; Nursing; Administrative; Diagnostic & Therapeutic and Technical & Information.
