Training and Career Awareness
Preparation of annual training Programs according to training needs in collaboration with appropriate units within the university, and circulate in and outside the university in cooperation with the concerned authorities.
Coordination with the concerned local, regional and international training centers, and further contracts on execution of internal training programs.
Supervision, follow-up and evaluation of internal training programs.
Allocation of budget for local and overseas training for all units in university, and follow-up of invoice payment.
Provide and classify specialist training programs
Evaluate training results, provide recommendations in collaboration with career development planning section, and raise them for training and grants committee.
Study outcomes of training grants provided by the governmental organizations, universities and private institutions.
Prepare professional qualitative programs, plans and activities and ways for their implementation.
Prepare quarterly reports on training and awareness professional activities.
