MD Full time undergraduate education is offered to pre final and final year graduates (6th and 7th year) students, total of 11 weeks rotation in the department. There is close collaboration with two major obstetric units in the city (Royal hospital and Khoula hospital) for undergraduate teaching and postgraduates experience. MRCOG Training in the department is recognised for membeship of the RCOG,UK. Midwifery students Attend the labour ward sessions with their supervisors regularly and general nursing students are trained in the outpatients clinic and obstetrics and gynaecology wards on a regular basis.
