Patients will be screened by Trained Ophthalmologists and accordingly the decision will be taken: Regular cases such as cataract appointments will be given.( 3 month waiting time). Ward referrals, will be seen in the same day. Emergencies will be seen immediately. Appointments by telephone, patient Medical Record Number & contact number will be taken and patients will be contacted  after 12 p.m. Appointment by Fax will be given and re-faxed in the same day. Please Note: *  All ocular emergencies will be accepted if: Referring physician speaks directly to on call Ophthalmologist to discuss the case and confirm acceptance, then: Completed referral form is sent to the OPD, or Patient is sent with written report of ocular findings. For better  and quick services our clinics require complete referral letters that include all the information necessary to determine the action to be taken, besides the name, bleep number of the referring physicians.
