University’s internal research fund and external research donations and collaborative funds are used to support academic-type research on topics proposed by faculty members for approval by their respective departments and colleges. Academic research is expected to yield original results or findings that generate new knowledge and to develop concepts consistent with the research and educational objectives of the University.
