Responsibilities
|
|
- Preparation of studies for engineering projects and development of necessary proposals.
- Preparation of technical specifications for projects and supervise its implementation in coordination with the employers and financial Units within the University and the companies involved.
- Preparation of tender documents and agreements for Electro-mechanical and civil operation and maintenance services of the University buildings and landscaping services, irrigation, cleaning and pest control and supervision of the technical, administrative and financial implementation of these conventions by terms and conditions laid down.
- Review plans, needs and specifications of University Preparation with scientific equipment and instrumentation and duties of installation, inspection and inventory, maintenance and prepare agreements documents for some specialized equipment and supervision of the technical, administrative and financial implementation of these conventions by terms and conditions laid down.
- Provision of occupational safety within University, find a secure environment and free of accidents and to make safe environment for all personnel of the University.
- Participation in exhibitions and seminars in the Sultanate and abroad for updates and developments in the technical fields.
