Responsibilities:

• Design and supervision of mechanical services to new small size buildings and supervise the works of consultants on large scale projects.   This includes but not limited to:-

1. Installation of potable water network.
2. Installation of sanitary drainage network.
3. Fixing of Refrigeration and Air-conditioning systems
4. Fixing of Elevators system.

• Preparation of tender documents for small size building projects that includes design drawings, specifications, and general conditions and bills of quantities.
• Performing tender analysis choosing the best tender and recommending the same.

• Supervision the progress of the work which include:

1. Revising of detailed design drawings of the building
2. Selecting and checking of proposed materials to be used in the project and to ensure that they comply with specifications.
3. Follow up works according to plans and specifications up to completion period.
4. Testing and commissioning of all mechanical services to ensure they are installed as per specifications.
