2. Form your team.
3. Select team leader among your group.
4. Select five projects from the File "FYP-2011-2012-List.xls".
5. Fill in the names of all team members and their student ID# in the application excel file "application- form.xls".
6. Fill in the Cumulative GPA (up to the end of Fall 2010, Spring 2011 is no included) of all team members in the application excel file “application- form.xls". See the file "example application-Form.xls" to have an idea how to fill in the application form.
7. Put the Allocation Number ( First Column in the file "FYP-2011-2012-List.xls") of your selected projects in the application excel file "application- form.xls" ordered according to the teams preference.
8. Then the team leader (only) should send the filled application as attachment to the Final Year Project Coordinator (Dr. Salih Akour) by e-mail at akour@squ.edu.om. Also the Team Leader should enclose copies (CC) of the application e-mail to his team members.
9. In the subject area of the e-mail write “FYP”.
10. The team leader should provide his GSM number for any further communication through the application e-mail.
11. The Application Deadline for project allocation is May 31, 2011 at 4:00pm.
12. Those applications that are not complete or have false information will be discarded and the team will lose its right of choice and penalty actions will be taken.
