Responsibilities:

  1. Registration of all correspondences (incoming/outgoing)  from this department.
  2. Attendance to telephone/telefax communications.
  3. Arranging of meeting with consultants, contractors, visitors and staff members.
  4. Participation in the preparation of (Project Tenders, maintenance tenders, contracts and agreements in coordination with concerned department staff).
  5. Inviting  Tenders and evaluation.
  6. Stationery stock follow up.
  7. Coordinating with SQU Security Office regarding issuing campus entry permits to companies dealing with department
  8. Department procurement requests in coordination with concerned department and stores.
  9. Coordination with Transport section.
  10. Coordinating reservation of lecture halls/labs/ classes for various functions.
  11. Typing all outgoing Letters.
