Viktoriya Dauletova, Assistant Professor of Business Communication at Sultan Qaboos University, is actively involved in teaching, research and community service in the College of Economics and Political Science. Her key areas of professional interest are business and professional communication; cross-cultural communication in the workplace and public speaking for businesses. Her research interests lie in the sphere of enquiry-based learning pedagogy with the focus on project-based learning, whole person pedagogy and development –centered paradigm. She has designed and implemented bespoke Business Communication courses, both community-oriented and enterprise-based, for the undergraduate business college students serving as a link between SQU students and real-world businesses in Oman.
