Dr. Golam Mostafa Khan has been with the Department of Management as an Associate Professor since 2005. He also served as the Assistant Dean of Postgraduate Studies and Research at the College from 2007 to 2011. Previously he was with University of Bahrain, University of Brunei Darussalam, and United Arab Emirates University. His academic and research interests are in strategy, international business, entrepreneurship and family business. His current research focuses on developing teaching cases from the Arabian Gulf, some of which have been published or presented international conferences.

He is currently on the editorial board of a few journals and has previously served as an ad-hoc reviewer for International Business Review, Thunderbird International Business Review and Asian Case Research Journal. He published in many international journals including The International Executive, International Small Business Journal, Journal of Enterprising Culture, Thunderbird International Business Review, Management Decision and Journal of Strategy and Management.
