Prior to joining Sultan Qaboos University, Prof. Zain was a Professor of Management in the business schools of Putra University of Malaysia, Qatar University, King Abdulaziz University of Saudi Arabia, and University of Dubai. Prof. Zain’s research works have been published in many refereed scholarly international journals including, Creativity and Innovation Management, Information & Management, International Journal of Information Management, International Journal of Project Management, Journal of Global Competitiveness, International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management, Scandinavian Journal of Management, Services Marketing Quarterly, Social Behavior and Personality, Technovation, and Thunderbird International Business Review.
