Dr. Topoyame Moremong-Nganunu is the Assistant Professor at the Management Department, Faculty of Economics and Political Sciences – Sultan Qaboos University. Dr. Moremong-Nganunu has taught and consulted throughout Africa, the Middle East and the world in the fields of innovation and entrepreneurship. As a lecturer and facilitator, she has taught and facilitated a wide range of courses at different institutions. She has worked for the University of Botswana’s Center for Continuing Education (CCE) as a lecturer, coordinating several short courses including the ILO’s SIYB programme. In Australia, she taught entrepreneurship and business management courses at Swinburne University of Technology, Monash University, RMIT and SQU. She served as a Visiting Professor of Entrepreneurship at the Faculty of Business and Economics at the UAE University. Dr. Moremong-Nganunu has wide experience in working with SMEs which she obtained from government and private organizations in Botswana and South Africa. She worked at the Botswana Ministry of Commerce and Industry as a Senior Business Advisor; and at the office of the UNDP in Botswana as a Senior Administrator. She has organized and facilitated entrepreneurial workshops for women and youth where she collaborated with organizations such as, Women in Management in Sweden, the Commonwealth Youth Programme in the U.K, the German Agency for Technical Corporation in Germany, ILO and ITC in Geneva. She started and operated the Botswana management consulting firm, Development Management Associates and she is currently a MENTREG Coordinator for Africa
