Dr. Asma Nasser Al-Zaidi, Currently is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Operations Management and Business Statistics. Asma joint the department as a demonstrator in 2003. After completing the Master in 2005, she served the department as a lecturer. Academically, Asma has taught courses under business statistics and operations management. In research, she has interest in Service Quality, Tourism and Hospitality Management, Structural Equation Modeling, Quality Management, Statistical Quality Analysis and Data Envelopment Analysis. The PhD thesis title was “Exploring the interrelationships among operations management practices, customer perceptions of service quality, and performance of Hotels. Asma also has participated in two conferences, IFORMS 2010 in Melbourne, Australia and DSI 2013 in Baltimore, Washington, USA.
