Srikrishna Madhumohan Govindaluri is a faculty member in the Operations Management and Statistics Department in the College of Economics and Political Sciences at Sultan Qaboos University (SQU) since 2011. He received his Ph.D in Industrial Engineering from Clemson University, South Carolina (USA) in the year 2004. His research involves developing operations research models to integrate customer preferences in product/service design and quality. His doctoral dissertation proposed a multicriteria optimization framework to integrate customer preferences in robust design. Professor Govindaluri’s research in the area of multicriteria-based robust design, tolerance optimization, and multiattribute assessment has appeared in a number of international journals (International Journal of Production Research, Quality Reliability Engineering International, and International Journal of Industrial Engineering) and conferences. Before coming to SQU, he has taught at Indian Institute of Management (Indore), Anisfield School of Business at Ramapo College of New Jersey and Georgia Southern University.
