• Coordinates all postgraduate Programs in the College and supervise the implementation of each program.
  • State the rules and regulations of academic regulations for postgraduate studies and research for students and researchers and follow-up their implementation. 
  • Coordinates between the various research activities through different committees.
  • Coordinates with the Deanship of Postgraduate Studies, Research Departments, Colleges, Institutes and Research Centers in issues related to the joint research.
  • Coordinates the use of research equipment.
  • Assist the researchers to find external funds for their projects based on the rules regulating for such funds.
  • Follow-up the study of the lecturers and demonstrators in coordination with the departments and the Center of Staff Development.
  • To coordinate with the relevant units at the university to organize conferences, seminars and workshops, and to organize exhibitions according to the rules regulating for such events.
  • Supervising the distribution of financial allocations for research and use them according to the rules and regulations.
  • Follow-up the consultancy procedures.
  • Maintain Postgraduate student records and the research activities.
  • Coordinates with the Deanship of Admissions and Registration and The Deanship of Postgraduate Studies on the students’ admission at the college.
  • Any other tasks assigned to him/her.
