Procedures and Steps
  1. The client must fill out the online form and specify the type of technical issue.
  2. The employee in charge will analyze and address the issue. 
  3. Once the issue is fixed, the client will be notified via email
  4. After the work is finished, the client will be requested to fill out a "Rate Our Services" form.
More Information
  • Before contacting the E-learning Technical Support department about E-Learning System access issues,students should first make sure they do not have problems with their SQU internet account.
  • For issues related to SQU internet accounts, students must contact the Center for Information System.
  • For technical issues related to online exams, communication should be made only through the course instructor.
