Online Form “Start Service”

The client must submit the following: 

1. The content in Microsoft Word format and ensure that it has been proofread and checked for spelling and grammatical errors. 
2. All multimedia resources (text, images, and themes) that is required to finish the job.

1. After receiving the Start Service, the Multimedia Department will contact the client to discuss and agree upon the project steps and process.
2. The client is responsible for providing all necessary media and content.
3. The department will request the client's approval for each phase of the project before moving on to the next phase. This is because the designer will not be able to make any changes or revisions once the work has progressed to the next phase.
4. The final work will be sent to the client via email
5. After the work is finished, the client will be requested to fill out a "Rate Our Services" form.

• Project will be initiated when all required contents are submitted to the Multimedia Department. 
• Maximum of 2 changes will be allowed after approval of the project.
