1. After receiving the request, the department will evaluate it and propose a timeframe based on the current workload at the department.
2. Once the request is approved, the Photography department will contact the clients and discuss the work process and requirements.
3. If the work involves taking photographs outside the department studio, a site visit will be required beforehand. Based on the site visit, it will be determined what equipment will be needed for the work.
4. The client will be informed of the date and time for the photography session and asked to either be present or designate a representative to be present during the session. 
5. Following the photography session, the photos will be processed and edited. The client will then be invited to the department to review the final work.
6. The final work will be sent to the client via email, and the department will store the photos in an electronic archiving system.
7. After the work is finished, the client will be requested to fill out a "Rate Our Services" form.
