Procedures and Steps

  1. After receiving the request, the department will review the request and (if required) will perform inspection for the location that requires audiovisual devices purchase.
  2. The employee in charge will provide the technical specifications for the requested equipment and send them to the client, who will then submit a formal purchase request through the SQU administration and financial system.
  3. After receiving the purchase request, it will be reviewed and approved.
  4. Upon receiving the offers from the companies that provide the equipment via the Procurement Unit, the offers will be analyzed and the most appropriate one will be chosen and sent to the client for approval and signature. 
  5. After purchasing the equipment, the Projects and Maintenance Department will receive the equipment once they are verified by the SQU General Stores Department.
  6. After inspecting the equipment and ensuring that they match the required technical specifications, the equipment will be labeled and delivered to the client and installed if required.
  7. The employee in charge will approve a certificate of installation and deliver it to the SQU General Stores Department.
  8. After the work is finished, the client will be requested to fill out a "Rate Our Services" form.
