Procedures and Steps
  1. After submitting the request the department will evaluate it and schedule a site visit and inspect the device.
  2. In case the device is still under warranty the department will contact the vendor to maintain or replace it.
  3. In case the device is not under warranty, the department will make the required maintenance if possible. Otherwise, the department will contact the company to make the maintenance under the unit’s expenses.  
  4.  In case the device is unrepairable, it will be canceled and moved for the auction.
  5. After the work is finished, the client will be requested to fill out a "Rate Our Services" form.
