This service allows Colleges and different SQU Units to borrow audiovisual equipment such as LCD Projectors, display screens, laptops, speakers, dynamic and wireless microphones and other audiovisual equipment for events and activities.

Procedures and Steps
  1. The client must fill out the online form.
  2. After confirming the availability of the device, the client will be notified to collect the device from Classroom (C4).
  3. The device must be returned immediately upon the completion of the reservation period.
  4. The employee in charge will ensure receipt of the device with all of its accessories and conduct a quick check of the device.
  5. After receiving the service, the client will be requested to fill out a "Rate Our Services" form.
