Activate student account

 

  • The new student’s account is activated automatically after completing his admission procedures in Milaad system (Activate University Account)
  • A new student can also activate the university account by visiting the following page: uas.squ.edu.om
  • The steps for activating the student’s university account are detailed in the Student Services Guide

 

Important notes:

  1. The student must know the registered phone number (in Milaad) when activating the account to receive the verification code that must be entered in the next step.
  2. If the student wants to change the registered phone number; He could contact the Deanship of Admission and Registration in this regard.

Activate the employee account

 

  • The account of a permanent or temporary employee with a contract is activated automatically after completing the procedures of his contract in the Human Resources Department.
  • The employee receives a text message stating that his university account has been activated.

Important notes:

  1. If the employee wants to change the registered phone number; He can refer to the Human Resources Department - Information and Data Department in this regard

The password will expire after six months from the date of its creation, please make sure to change the password continuously, before the password expires, through the link: uas.squ.edu.om

- If the password expires, the user must reset it and not change it through the same link
