  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the relevant specialists in the center's departments, schedule and follow up on appointments for the center's director, vice directors, and administrative manager or their representatives.

  • Follow up and coordinate with specialists inside and outside the center regarding incoming and outgoing correspondence and topics to determine their status of completion, prepare reports on them, provide required data and information, and prepare responses according to the instructions issued by the center's management.

  • Manage and maintain files related to employees, projects, and correspondence.

  • Prepare and organize meetings for the center.

  • Prepare for meetings in which the center's director participates, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on their outcomes.

  • Coordinate with media outlets within the university to cover the projects and programs executed by the center in coordination with the center's management

  • Prepare and implement internal training courses
