Graduation Section Website

The Graduation Section at the Deanship of Postgraduate Studies manages the final stages of the academic journey for master’s and doctoral students. The main responsibilities include overseeing thesis defense discussions, checking all the graduation requirements, and checking all approving general formatting.

Graduation Procedures:

  1. Review the thesis specifications and general format.
  2. Submit the required final copy electronic version and upload it to the student information system.
  3. Get the clearance form for any SQU outstanding.
  4. Get the completion degree from the graduation section.

  3. Authentication of Academic Documents (Visit the Deanship of Postgraduate Studies)
