Course Registration
Read the Postgraduate
Academic Regulations

Collect the degree plan from department.
Sit with the Program Coordinator.
Register courses or/and thesis online through
SIS
.
Pay the tuition fees online through
SIS
.
Register for courses/thesis every semester.
Postponement
Read the
Academic Regulations
item 8.4 Postponement of Study.
Apply for a postponement through
SQU Portal
.
Follow-up your request online until approved by all approver.
Extension
Read the
Academic Regulations
item 3.4 “Study Duration”.
Apply for an extension through
SQU Portal
.
Follow-up your request online until approved by all approver.
Thesis Registration
Master
Site with the program coordinator to select thesis committee.
Register for thesis after completing at least 12 credits of course work – If applicable through
SIS
.
Make sure that your Thesis committee approved by HoD.
Submit Thesis Progress Report at the end of each semester through
Portal
.
Register for thesis every semester.
Conduct your seminars as per
Academic Regulations
item 10.2.
Conduct your Thesis Defense as per
Academic Regulations
item 10.4.
PhD
Sit with the Program Coordinator to select Thesis Committee.
Register for thesis through

Make sure that your Thesis committee approved by HoD.
