About the University
Sultan Qaboos University, the national University of the Sultanate of Oman, provides a wide variety of undergraduate and graduate programs, research and extension activities through its nine colleges. Instruction is in English in Colleges of Agricultural and Marine Sciences, Commerce & Economics, Engineering, Medicine & Health Services, Nursing and Science. In Colleges of Arts & Social Sciences, Education, and Law, the main medium of instruction language is Arabic, but a few programs are bi-lingual or taught in English.

The College runs a Bachelor’s degree for secondary school leavers and for diploma holders (bridging). The medium of instruction is in English in the College.
Requirements
Applicants must have Ph.D. degree from a recognized university, be fluent in English language andhave years accumulated clinical/teaching experiences. Applicants should also have an acceptable number of publications in indexed international journals.
Applicants for Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing must also be fluent in Arabic
