The International Computer Driving License (ICDL), is a certificate to qualify beginners to learn computer basics. It is an internationally recognized certificate and sponsored by UNESCO. Seven subjects are taught in ICDL courses, and exams in these subjects are conducted remotely through the Internet in accredited centers that are connected to a special central server. 

The seven ICDL programs are:
1- IT & Windows 7
2- Word. 
3- Excel   
4- PowerPoint
5- Access
6- Internet
7- Information Security
 
In order to get the ICDL certificate, you must pass each exam separately with a rate of 75% or more. Each subject has 36 questions. You need to answer 27 questions correctly in order to succeed. The duration of the test for each subject is 45 minutes. The ICDL program is a precise scale for measuring computer skills as it has been developed based on international standards. It also provides a balance between the needs of the work and the capabilities of individuals in most countries of the world.

The International English Language Testing System (IELTS)

It is one of the most important international certificates in the English language that measures the level of ability and efficiency of individuals in the English language. This test was placed for the first time in the 1989 in UK, unlike the American TOEFL certificate, and it is recognized by more than 10,000 international organizations, including in UK, Australia, Canada and New Zealand and more than 3,400 institutions and organizations in the United States. IELTS tests are placed by international bodies such as the British Council, the Australian IELTS system and the University of Cambridge ESOL system, which is responsible for evaluating the answers internationally.
