Objectives of the Department
The department aims through its programs and various activities to the following:
1. To provide students with the scientific, theoretical, and practical knowledge, and specialized artistic concepts to obtain well qualified graduates among all artistic fields.
2. To provide students with the skills of planning, executing, and analyzing various artistic projects in the artistic field.
3. To achieve individual growth and freedom of expression through various artistic fields.
4. To provide students with a number of teaching strategies for various arts that develop critical thinking and problem solving skills.
5. To provide students with the knowledge and skills required for using modern and digital technology in the artistic work.
6. To acquire scientific research skills in artistic fields, and linking them to the demands of life and society to develop surveys and being self-initiative.
7. To acquire evaluation and assessment skills that enable students to give an aesthetic and critical judgment in fine arts fields.
8. To realize the importance of fine art in building the personality as a way of expressing feelings, transmitting and tasting heritage.
